Rentals
Returns
Every WearWali rental ships with a prepaid return label. Four steps and you're done — we handle inspection and cleaning before the piece is worn again.
Step 1
Repack the piece
Everything goes back in the WearWali garment bag it arrived in — outfit, dupatta, tags and any accessories rented with it.
Step 2
Leave the cleaning to us
Professional cleaning is included in every rental. Please do not launder or dry-clean the garment; home cleaning can damage embroidery and is chargeable.
Step 3
Attach your prepaid label
The prepaid return label is inside your parcel and is also downloadable from your rental card below and on the tracking page.
Step 4
Hand it to the courier
Drop the parcel or book a pickup on or before your return date. Late returns are charged per day and can affect your deposit.
Sign in to your account to see your return deadlines and download labels, or track an order with your order number.
Late returns, damage and deposits
- Late returns are charged per day at the rate shown on your rental and may hold your deposit until the piece is back and inspected.
- Normal wear — a loose bead, a light mark — is expected and covered. Significant damage or loss is assessed during inspection and discussed with you before any charge.
- Your deposit is released once inspection clears. You'll get a message at every step, and every status is visible on your order tracking page.
- Return transit time varies by where you are shipping from. The city delivery pages list the outbound and return transit days we work to.
