How it works
From booking to return
A WearWali rental is booked against one physical garment, not an abstract listing. Here is exactly what happens. Rent from $95, with delivery to the United States and Canada and free us & canada delivery on orders over $79.
- 01
Find your piece
Browse by occasion, take the Style IQ quiz, or ask KiKi, our AI stylist, to narrow the collection to your event, colour and size.
- 02
Choose your dates
Rentals are booked against a specific physical unit. Availability is calculated from real inventory, including shipping, cleaning and buffer days, so a date you can select is a date we can honour.
- 03
Check your fit
Every rentable size carries real measurements. Save your measurements once and the fit checker compares them to each size, from perfect match to not recommended.
- 04
It ships to you
Your piece is prepared, pressed and shipped with tracking. You are notified when it ships, when it is delivered and when the return is due.
- 05
Wear it
Enjoy your event. Normal wear is expected and covered.
- 06
Send it back
Repack it in its garment bag, attach the prepaid return label and hand it to the courier by your return date. Cleaning is included — never launder a rental yourself.
- 07
Inspection completes the rental
We inspect, clean and log the unit. Once inspection passes, the rental completes. On tiers that carry one, the authorisation hold placed when your order was ready to ship is released. Depending on your bank, the release can take up to 7 business days to appear. Tiers without a hold show no deposit at all.
Authorisation holds and your card on file
For Luxury tier rentals we place an authorisation hold on your card when your order is ready to ship. The amount is reserved by your bank and released after we inspect the returned piece. Depending on your bank, the release can take up to 7 business days to appear. Where a hold applies, the amount is shown on the product page and in your bag before you book. On a longer rental the hold may be placed again before the first one is released, so two holds can briefly show on your statement. Tiers without a hold show no deposit line and no hold is ever placed.
Your card stays securely on file as the mechanism for any charge arising from a return assessment. That would only happen if a piece comes back damaged beyond normal wear, stained past cleaning, missing part of the set, or significantly late. If that happens, we send an itemised assessment with photos first and give you a notice period to respond before anything is charged. Normal wear is expected and never charged, and anything covered by the protection plan is not charged either.
